I did not have a good experience at the Pompano Popeyes yesterday 7/28 and it really bothered me. I was there before 3pm so I thought I could be in an out. This location has kiosks for ordering, which is no big deal if you know how to use it. There was an older gentleman who looked confused. There was no one in the front to help but I saw employees. There was a female employee in drive thru going back and forth with orders. There was another female worker giving her the bags. The drive thru employee smiled and said hello and told me she would get someone to help. A gentleman came out to help the man, I think he was the manager. Still no one came behind the counter. When the Mgr went back 2 younger female employees came to the front finally. There were a number of people by that time waiting on food. I have never seen employees treat customers with such rude behavior like these 2. It was like we were bothering them by asking for items for our food. A person I spoke with said that he gets treated that way allot at this store. They did not smile or ask if I needed anything when they thru my bag on the counter. They continued to speak to each other like no one was there and when I ask

Usually don't comment on these but I had a great experience in the drive thru ... I was happy that the drive thru line went faster than normal during my lunch break. The girl at the window was happy and smiling. Really nice to. Got me to finally get the app they have. Actually made me lol. Not like the other employees And the food was hot and the order was right. Great Job.

Consistently poor customer service at this Popeyes location. Unfortunately, after multiple visits, I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. During my most recent visit, I waited more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. Since this location has implemented an AI bot ordering system, I expected the process to be faster and more efficient. Instead, the wait times seem to have become even longer. When I finally reached the drive-thru window, the customer service was unacceptable. The employee at the window never greeted me, made no eye contact, and did not thank me for my business, just rude overal! She appeared more focused on the register than on serving customers. Additionally, the employee bagging food was loudly using profanity, including repeated use of the F-word. This was highly unprofessional and created an unpleasant environment. Employees should understand that customers and their children at the drive-thru window can clearly hear their conversations. I also ordered a three-piece meal and was given only one BBQ sauce. What is this? Is this the kind of service you get when you place a mobile order?? I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to receive old/cold fries, 3 stale biscuits, and chicken that had clearly been sitting out for a while because i had to put it in the oven as soon as I got home. I ordered the $6 big box, two extra biscuits, and the 3pc signature. This is unacceptable.

This location needs to be the flagship store for this franchise. The food is fresh EVERY SINGLE TIME. The customer service is always on point when I go. They have a Manager there she has long grey braids (sorry dont know her name)and she runs a great shift and her personality is on point always in a great mood the employees are always comfortable having fun laughing with each other its a healthy environment (other managers need to take notes) and takes care of the customer no matter what, I love this location when I want Popeyes I drive 35 mins to this location cause I know its going to be good. Keep up the great work.
